REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL TO DESIGN A LOGO for the LAKE BARRINGTON COUNTRYSIDE PARK DISTRICT
The Lake Barrington Countryside Park District is a small park district in Lake County, with a population of 5100. We are looking for a new logo to be created to capture our main emphasis of our district – our one and only 10-acre park! This park is the hub for sport and recreation, and includes a spray park, playground, picnic shelter, tennis/pickleball courts, soccer & baseball field. We are also celebrating our 60th Anniversary year!
We are looking for talented individual to design a logo to include our name, along with graphics to highlight our park amenities. We will need the logo in pdf, jpeg, .html and a version that can be edited.
The logo will be used for stationery, email signature, social media platforms, signage and marketing trinkets.
SCHEDULE:
Interested candidates submit proposals and one sample of current artwork to the park district electronically by April 30th to lakebarringtoncparkdistrict@gmail.com
Park District will contact selected candidate, by email & phone on May 1st.
Work will include:
A minimum of 1 phone call/zoom/meeting in person– max time not to exceed 1hr.
Email correspondence with Board President during project.
Samples of logo submitted by May 16th for Board approval.
Logo chosen May 20th.
All logo work submitted in completion to Park District May 22nd.
Payment for services mailed immediately after receipt of work completed.
